Michael Bouchey, President and CEO

Michael Bouchey founded Alliance Card, Inc. (ACI) in 2003. Mr. Bouchey is a veteran of the prepaid and stored-value card industry with more than 20 years of experience. An experienced senior management executive and visionary entrepreneur, Bouchey has managed sales, marketing and operations at the corporate level for both start-up and established companies. Prior to founding ACI, Bouchey held several senior management positions, including a position as Senior Vice President and Board Member of CHC Data, Inc. At CHC, he managed the development of the nation's first automated dual currency transaction settlement system incorporating two US Patents. Bouchey also negotiated contractual relationships with front-end processors and bank partners to move money through the Federal Reserve. He gained national recognition for this utilization system from the Kennedy School of Business, the Department of Commerce Technology Opportunity Program (TOP) and others. Prior to CHC, Michael was the President and CEO of CommCard, Inc. where he issued the first network-based prepaid phone card technology in the US.

Michael Wheelock, Executive Vice President

Michael Wheelock is an experienced entrepreneur with a proven record of outstanding sales, mergers and acquisitions. Recently Mr. Wheelock was named the 2006 Business Broker of the Year for Sunbelt Midwest. Prior to his position at Sunbelt, Wheelock was a founding partner of Edge Solutions where he secured an OEM agreement with telecommunications giant Siemens Company. Over his 20 plus years in business, Wheelock has owned and operated five emerging companies in varying industries.

Jack Hersma, Vice President of Non-Profit Organizations

Jack Hersma is a sales and operations senior executive with more than 35 years of experience in multiple industries. He has built and led large divisions and improved operations of several health care companies, boasting an impressive record of accomplishments in positions at American Hospital Supply Corporation and Baxter Travenol Labratories, Inc. Before coming to ACI, Hersma developed and managed a direct sales force and customer support division at American Sterilizer Corporation, the world’s largest health care manufacturer of sterilization equipment and supplies.
